Thanks, Ed! It's a beautiful gun for sure This will replace the .460 in my line-up. I fully agree with your comments around the .270 Euromark

Absoultely fabulous. Very nice grain structure. The best I have seen in a blond #3 contour stock. As for jockeying inventory, the 460 will pay for the 416 and you are "even" and the 270 is so dang good looking that it is a sensiable addition to your battery.

My New .416!!!
I walk into the Gun Library at Cabelas fully intent on buying the beautiful .270 Euromark. So intent, in fact, that I have them set it in the back with my name on it while I walk around and do more shopping. I walk over to the Weatherby section of the new gun counter and immediately I spot this beautiful, smoky blonde beauty sitting there next to all of the other synthetic stocked Weatherbys. The guy hands me the gun, I look at the wood, then look at the caliber, and I think, "crap! now which one do I get?" Obviously I went for the .416 this time but the Euromark may be coming home with me soon enough if I can figure out how I want to jockey my inventory around.
